What data we process
When you contact us: your name, email address and the information you choose to share with us.
Clients and members: name, company, title, contact details, invoicing information and the information needed to deliver sparring, leadership support or membership of Team Collective.
Visitors to the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and statistics.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries, deliver and invoice our services, administer subscriptions and memberships, and fulfil our legal obligations, for example under Danish bookkeeping rules.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, our legitimate interest in running and developing our business, and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)).
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (WordPress.com, operated by Automattic), our email provider and our accountant, and only to the extent necessary.
If a client agrees to involve a member of Team Collective or another partner, we share only the information needed for that collaboration.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose. Accounting records are kept for five years as required by Danish law. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted when no longer relevant.
Cookies
Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, which may use cookies for security, statistics and basic functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Read more in Automattic’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at jbe@jbeconsult.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
